Everything Dartzo does, and what to do when Instagram says no

Start at the top if you’re new. If something is failing right now, jump straight to Troubleshooting.

Getting started

Link the Instagram account whose comments you want to turn into DMs — what Instagram asks you to approve, and the one step that trips most people up.

What your Instagram account needs to be before Dartzo can work — and the one thing on your account that quietly breaks delivery.

Building automations

Walk through the Automation Studio end to end — trigger, post, keywords, the DM, the link, buttons and the public reply.

Make your link unlock only for people who actually follow you — and how that differs from simply asking them to.

Delivery

The journey of one comment into one DM — matched, queued, sent, and honestly accounted for at every step.

Every limit that affects your automations, the real number, and whether it’s Instagram’s rule or a guard we chose.

Troubleshooting

Find out why your DMs aren’t arriving — organised by what you’re seeing, with the real cause and the fix for each.

Every state and failure reason Dartzo can show you, what each one actually means, and whether it needs you to do anything.
