Service Delivery (Shipping) Policy

Dartzo, operated by Ventahigh Technologies LLP, is a fully digital software service (SaaS). No physical goods are sold or shipped — nothing is ever delivered by courier or post.

1. How the service is delivered

• Access is provided entirely online at dartzo.com, against the email address you sign up with.
• The free Starter plan is available immediately on sign-up.
• Paid plan features are activated instantly and automatically on successful payment (processed by Razorpay) — typically within minutes, on the same account.

2. If access isn’t activated

If a payment succeeds but your plan doesn’t activate, email [email protected] with your payment reference. We will activate the plan immediately or refund the charge in full — see the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

3. No shipping charges

Because nothing physical is shipped, there are no shipping, handling, or delivery charges of any kind. The only amounts charged are the plan prices shown before you subscribe (plus applicable GST).
