Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Dartzo. By creating an account or connecting a social account, you agree to them.

1. The service

Dartzo automatically replies to comments on your own Instagram content with direct messages, based on keyword rules you configure. It runs on Meta’s official APIs.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must own or be authorized to manage the Instagram accounts you connect.
• You must comply with the Instagram Platform Policy and Meta’s terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Dartzo to:

• Send spam, unsolicited, deceptive, or harmful messages.
• Violate Instagram/Meta policies, applicable law, or others’ rights.
• Message people who have not engaged with your content via the keyword you defined.
• Circumvent rate limits or abuse the platform.

You are responsible for the content of the DMs and replies you configure and for obtaining any required consent.

4. Platform compliance & account protection

We pace sends conservatively and may queue, slow, or pause automations to respect Meta’s limits and protect your account. We may suspend features or accounts that appear to violate these terms or Meta’s policies.

5. Plans & billing

• Dartzo’s core features are free at any audience size. AI-powered replies and certain advanced features require a paid plan, as listed on the pricing page.
• Fair use. “Unlimited” post automations on the free plan means unlimited in normal use, bounded by a fair-use allowance of 100 active automations per account. This exists to stop automated abuse, not to ration real work — 100 is far beyond what a creator builds by hand. If you reach it we will tell you plainly at the moment you do, and a paid plan removes the bound entirely. We will not reduce this allowance without notifying you first.
• Paid plans are billed through Razorpay. Fees are shown before you subscribe.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Your account

Keep your credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account anytime — see Data Deletion.

7. Disclaimers

Dartzo is provided “as is.” We don’t control Meta’s APIs and can’t guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery of every message, or that Meta will permit any particular action. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dartzo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using Dartzo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law & entity

Dartzo is operated by Ventahigh Technologies LLP. These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
