Data Deletion

You can delete your Dartzo data at any time. This page explains exactly how, what gets deleted, and how long it takes.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app

Go to Connections and disconnect each Instagram account — this immediately revokes and deletes the stored access token.
Go to Settings → Delete account to permanently remove your account and all associated data.

Option 2 — Remove Dartzo from Instagram

Removing Dartzo from your Instagram settings (Settings → Apps and websites) revokes our access. Meta notifies us, and we automatically delete the access token and the data tied to that connection.

Option 3 — Email us

Send a deletion request to [email protected] from the email on your account (or include enough detail to identify it). We’ll confirm and complete the deletion.

What gets deleted

Your account profile (name, email, photo) and authentication records.
All connected-account access tokens and connection records.
Your automations, keyword rules, and templates.
Comment and DM delivery records and captured contacts associated with your account.

Timeline

Access tokens and connection data are removed immediately on disconnect. Remaining account data is permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. Backups containing the data are purged on our regular backup rotation. We may retain minimal records where required by law (e.g., billing/tax).
