Dartzo vs Zorcha: two Instagram DM tools priced in rupees
Updated
Zorcha is the closest match to Dartzo among the tools in this series: it publishes an INR price list, it offers a free plan with a follow prompt, and it queues messages instead of firing them all at once. If you are comparing the two, the question is not whether either one works for comment-to-DM. It is which features you need, and how each tool tells you what happened to a message. This page uses what each says publicly, checked on 26 October 2026.
What each tool is for
Zorcha offers comment-triggered DMs on posts and reels, a free plan with unlimited automations, DMs and contacts, an "Ask for Follow" step, a basic DM queue, basic analytics, an AI FAQ answerer, a link-in-bio page and forms. Paid plans add personalised DMs and variations, multi-message sequences, collecting phone and email, follow-ups, a flow builder, short-link rotation, broadcasts, pages, integrations and an AI knowledge base. It also lists Facebook DM automation.
Dartzo is Instagram only: comments on posts and reels, story replies, story mentions and DM keywords become automatic DMs, with a follow-before-DM gate on every plan, follow-ups and broadcasts on paid plans, a link-in-bio page and AI replies from your FAQs. Its organising idea is that every DM ends as sent, expired or failed with a reason. See how delivery works.
Pricing, side by side
Prices checked on 26 October 2026 from zorcha.com/in/pricing. Zorcha publishes both INR and USD price lists; the INR list is below, in rupees per month, by billing period.
| Zorcha plan | Monthly | Quarterly (per month) | Yearly (per month) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | ₹0 | ₹0 | ₹0 |
| Pro | ₹1,199 | ₹899 | ₹799 |
| Ultimate | ₹2,999 | ₹2,249 | ₹1,999 |
| Business | ₹8,999 | ₹6,999 | ₹5,999 |
A free trial is not mentioned on the pages we read. The Business tier is a "let's talk" plan. AI credits scale by tier, from 15,000 on Free to 7.5 million on Business.
Dartzo is billed in INR too (UPI, cards or net banking), with four plans: Free, Pro, Max and Ultra. Contacts are unlimited on every plan, nothing is priced by audience size, and the free plan has a fair-use bound of 100 live automations. For current rates see /pricing, and for what each tier includes see plans and features. We do not quote Dartzo's rupee figures here so this page cannot go out of date against checkout; put the two price lists side by side yourself. The 14-day trial of any paid plan needs no card.

Zorcha's free plan is generous on paper: unlimited automations, DMs and contacts, a basic DM queue and a link-in-bio page. Dartzo's free plan carries a fair-use bound of 100 live automations, and its link-in-bio builder starts at Pro, so on that single point Zorcha's free tier covers more ground.
Delivery and failed messages
Zorcha is candid that delivery is paced. Its product page says it queues messages and spaces out delivery instead of trying to send everything at once, and that queued messages may not arrive immediately. It lists a basic DM queue on Free and an advanced one on Pro. We did not find a description of how a failed message is reported.
Dartzo describes the whole journey. Instagram sends a webhook when someone comments, the comment is matched to an automation, and it becomes a job with a deadline, the last moment Instagram will accept a reply: about 6 days 18 hours for a post or reel comment and 18 hours for a story reply. It sends at once if it can and otherwise queues oldest first. It ends sent, expired or failed, and failures carry a reason, listed in the error reference. The numbers are on limits and windows.
Both tools are honest that a queue means some people wait. The difference we can see from public pages is that Dartzo documents what you will see in the log for each person, including the ones who could not be reached.
Choosing between two rupee-priced tools
When two tools both bill in INR, price stops being the tiebreaker and the details take over. Start with the features you will use in your first month, not the ones on the longest list. For most creators that is a keyword trigger on a post or reel, a link in the DM, perhaps a follow prompt, and some way to see that it worked. Both tools cover that on their free plans.
Then ask three practical questions. First, what happens on your busiest day? Read each tool's delivery description, and if it matters, test with a batch of comments from several accounts. Second, how will you find out something went wrong? A log that names a reason is a different experience from a queue that says only that a message is waiting. Third, how many platforms do you really use? If you only automate Instagram, a tool that says so plainly has nothing to hide behind. If you also need Facebook, Zorcha lists it and Dartzo does not.
Finally, be careful with absolute words. Any tool that talks about unlimited sending is describing its own allowance, not Instagram's, because Instagram limits how fast an account can send and allows one private reply per comment. Zorcha is open about the queue; we try to be just as open about ours in limits and windows. The best test is the cheapest one: run your real keyword on each free plan for a week and compare what you can see afterwards.
Where Zorcha is the better choice
- You want a bigger free plan. Unlimited automations, a link-in-bio page, forms and a basic queue are listed at no cost.
- You want a flow builder, short-link rotation or pages on mid-priced INR tiers.
- You also want Facebook DM automation. Zorcha lists it; Dartzo does not do Facebook.
- You like a long list of integrations. Ultimate lists advanced integrations.
Dartzo is the better fit when you want a documented, visible outcome for each DM, Instagram Login without a Facebook Page, a follow gate and AI credits from the free plan up, and a product that does one platform and says so.
