Dartzo vs SuperProfile: link-in-bio suite vs DM focus
Updated
SuperProfile and Dartzo both automate DMs from Instagram comments, but they are different kinds of product. SuperProfile is a creator platform: a link-in-bio store and monetisation tools with an Auto-DM feature inside. Dartzo is the other way round, a DM automation tool with a link-in-bio page as one of its extras. This page compares them using what each says publicly, checked on 26 October 2026.
What each tool is for
SuperProfile presents Auto-DM as one part of a wider creator toolkit: a link-in-bio store, lead magnets, a Facebook scheduler, comment moderation, monetisation apps and, on its top tier, landing pages, a growth manager and an ads manager. If you want your storefront, your DMs and your lead capture in one account, that is the pitch.
Dartzo concentrates on the DM: comments on posts and reels, story replies, story mentions and DM keywords become automatic messages, with a follow-before-DM gate, follow-ups, broadcasts and AI replies from your FAQs. A link-in-bio page is included from Pro, but it is not the centre of the product. The centre is that every DM ends as sent, expired or failed with a reason. See how delivery works.
Pricing, side by side
Prices checked on 26 October 2026 from superprofile.bio/pricing. The page shows USD and says prices vary by country; we did not find an INR amount.
| SuperProfile plan | Price | What the pages list |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | Free forever | Link-in-bio store, unlimited AutoDMs on reels and posts, 1 keyword per automation, up to 10 leads via lead magnets, a "Sent via" SuperProfile line on DMs |
| Creator | $4.99 for the first month ("83% off"), then $29 a month | Adds AutoDMs on stories, DMs and Lives, follow-ups, up to 5 Instagram accounts, unlimited leads, any-comment, all-posts and next-post triggers, unlimited keywords, no branding, AI replies, comment moderation, Facebook Messenger |
| Pro | "Let's talk" (custom) | Adds landing pages, growth manager, ads manager, WhatsApp support |
The page has a monthly and annual toggle, but we did not find the annual price. No free trial is stated. The page is also not fully consistent: the Starter plan lists ask-to-follow and email collection as included, while the Auto-DM page lists them as paid features, so confirm which plan has what before you pay.
Dartzo bills in INR (UPI, cards or net banking) and has four plans, Free, Pro, Max and Ultra. Contacts are unlimited on all of them and nothing is priced by audience size. The free plan has a fair-use bound of 100 live automations and includes the follow-before-DM gate. See /pricing for current rates and plans and features for each tier. The 14-day trial of any paid plan needs no card.

Delivery and failed messages
SuperProfile describes its AutoDMs as unlimited and states no delivery limits, no queueing behaviour and no description of what happens to a message that fails. That is what its pages say, not a finding about the product. Instagram does cap sending speed and allows one private reply per comment, so any tool has to deal with that somehow; if volume matters to you, ask.
Dartzo does not use the word unlimited about sending, because Instagram does not allow it. A matched comment becomes a job with a deadline. It sends straight away when Instagram will accept it and otherwise waits in line, oldest first, until it sends or the reply window closes. Each job ends sent, expired or failed, with a reason in the log. See the error reference and limits and windows.
Suite or specialist: how to decide
The honest framing is suite versus specialist. A suite saves you from stitching tools together: one login, one bill, one place for your page, your store and your DMs. The price is that each part has to be good enough, and that the Auto-DM piece gets a share of the team's attention rather than all of it. A specialist does one job and can go deeper on it, at the cost of leaving the rest to other tools.
For comment-to-DM the depth shows up in small places. How are several keywords matched? Which automation wins when two could fire? What happens to a reply that cannot go out in time? Dartzo documents each of these: keyword match modes, which automation wins, and the expired state in how delivery works. On SuperProfile's public pages we found the feature list but not that level of detail, so ask before you build a critical campaign on it.
It is also fine to use both. Plenty of creators keep a store on one platform and DM automation on another. The only rule is the practical one: one tool replying per post. If you do split things up, keep your DM links pointing at a page you control, so you can change tools later without breaking old posts. Tracked links shows how Dartzo counts clicks on whatever link you send.
Where SuperProfile is the better choice
- You want an all-in-one creator account. Storefront, lead magnets, landing pages, an ads manager and monetisation apps sit next to Auto-DM. Dartzo has a link-in-bio page and no store.
- You need Live automation now. SuperProfile lists it on Creator; Dartzo does not support Live comments yet.
- You want Facebook Messenger as well. Creator lists it, with a Facebook Page required.
- You manage up to 5 Instagram accounts on one plan. Creator lists 5.
- Your first month's price matters most. Creator is shown at $4.99 for the first month before moving to $29.
Dartzo is the better fit when you want a tool dedicated to DM automation, rupee billing, and a visible outcome for every message.
How to switch from SuperProfile to Dartzo

- Connect InstagramFollow connecting your Instagram account. No Facebook Page is needed.
- Rebuild each automationUse your first automation and add your keywords with keyword match modes. Add the DM link from buttons and links.
- Point the link somewhere stableIf your DM links to your SuperProfile page, it can keep doing so. Or build a page with the link-in-bio builder.
- Turn the SuperProfile rule off for that postNever run both. See another tool is replying.
- Test from a second accountComment the keyword from another account and check the outcome in the delivery log.
